Welcome to the River Gate Estates Alliance website. River Gate Estates is a community of 76 estate homes, located in the historic Piscataway area of Clinton, Maryland. A 30-minute commute from the heart of our nation’s capital, residents of this southern Prince George’s County neighborhood can still enjoy the semi-rural charm and amenities of the surrounding area.
This site is maintained by the River Gate Estates Alliance primarily for the benefit of residents of River Gate Estates. It is our hope that the site will:
• inform and educate,
• serve as a community resource,
• promote dialog among neighbors,
• foster a sense of community, and
• serve as a repository of important community and HOA information
